Abstract

Often our approach to business education seems to treat students as “blank slates” upon which we can write the skills and knowledge necessary to be successful leaders in the business world. However, many observers believe that students have changed—that their values, beliefs, and behaviors have been shaped by a postmodern world that is out of synch with traditional university education.
